By the end of the lesson you should have finished your workout and submitted it by sharing the file with (official deadline in midnight Sunday but don't waste your weekend on this):

Remember to use the checklist to see if it is complete AND INCLUDE YOUR NAMES!

Workout card (you may work as a pair)

Using the examples that we saw from the general workout card and the superhero workouts, create your won workout.

The workout needs to be/have:
- Clear title
- Drawings in a Google Doc that show the exercise
- Descriptions to clarify if needed.
- Include at least 9 different exercises.
- Work, in varied ways, the core, arms/shoulders, and legs.
- Show 'Sets' and 'Reps' for each exercise that are realistic for most students of a sophomore age.
- Label the Protagonist (P) muscle and the Antagonist (A) muscle clearly for each exercise.

or

Workout video (you may work in a group of three)

Using the examples that we saw from the general workout card and the superhero workouts, create your won workout.

The workout needs to be/have:
- Clear introduction
- Explain and demonstrate each exercise clearly
- Give pointers during the exercises
- Last for at least 5 minutes
- Work, in varied ways, the core, arms/shoulders, and legs.
- Show 'Sets' and 'Reps' for each exercise that are realistic for most students of a sophomore age.

THURSDAY

Today you will be in the gym. This is your chance to try the workouts you have designed.

Workout cards:
Check that they are:
- Covering all 3 muscle areas (arms/shoulders, legs, core)
- The correct level for most students of a sophomore age
- Realistic in difficulty (not too easy or difficult) in reps and Sets.

I would recommend trying your own workout and then ahving another group give it a try and get feedback.

Videos:
Use today to video your workout, you can do this on any smartphone.

After filming try playing the video back to your group and testing if it works.

WEDNESDAY

PROJECT DEADLINE: MIDNIGHT SUNDAY (BUT TRY AND FINISH BY FRIDAY)
