Title
Names
Sub-Headings for each section
Screenshots for offense and defense
Descriptions of what happened in the play and how to improve it
Descriptions of how the defense worked on stopping the play and how you would change that
Once you think you are finished share the document with: bcalvert@pottervalleyschools.us
PLEASE PUT YOUR NAMES IN THE TITLE DOCUMENT!
Flag Football PART 3
Flag football is obviously not just about offense but also about defense.
Analyse each of the plays that you ran and evaluate how the defense did at stopping the play.
-How did they line up at the start of the play?
-When the play started how did the defense players move?
(did they rush the QB, stay at the back, follow the receivers etc.)
-Were they able to stop the offense?
-What do you think they did well?
-What changes would you recommend?
Explain these questions in your Google Doc and add a screenshot for each play along with your writing.

THURSDAY
Today you will be in the gym. This is your chance to try the workouts you have designed.
Workout cards:
Check that they are:
- Covering all 3 muscle areas (arms/shoulders, legs, core)
- The correct level for most students of a sophomore age
- Realistic in difficulty (not too easy or difficult) in reps and Sets.
I would recommend trying your own workout and then ahving another group give it a try and get feedback.
Videos:
Use today to video your workout, you can do this on any smartphone.
After filming try playing the video back to your group and testing if it works.
